Tina grew up in Oregon, which explains the wine cred, but a ski trip to the Rockies in 1994 changed everything. One look at the mountains and she knew Colorado would have to be part of her story too. Over the years, she's lived all across the Centennial State: Evergreen, Cherry Creek, Boulder, Summit County, and Arvada. Eventually, she and her husband settled in Highlands Ranch and, ultimately, BackCountry, where they built a home on a hill, did the BackCountry Shuffle, and are always on the lookout for their next BackCountry house.

Tina was really good to work with on the selling side, she was very honest and gave us good market data on what the house should have been listed for, it is always a challenge to determine the selling price in this changing market. We did have several offers and she got us an offer over asking price. Tina also provided staging in our house to ensure it looked inviting and comfortable which I am sure helped to get the best price. When I did have questions during this process I generally sent texts and received responses back quickly that answered my questions. I would use Tina again if we decide to move again.
