  Tina was really good to work with on the selling side, she was very honest and gave us good market data on what the house should have been listed for, it is always a challenge to determine the selling price in this changing market. We did have several offers and she got us an offer over asking price. Tina also provided staging in our house to ensure it looked inviting and comfortable which I am sure helped to get the best price.
